10/20/2026 Jim Bulter Chevrolet -Linn, MO I called to schedule service on my 2022 Chevy Traverse for an oil change, windshield wiper replacement, fluid changes and tire rotation before the cold weather a schedule service on my 2022 Chevy Traverse for an oil change, windshield wiper replacement, fluid changes and tire rotation before the cold weather arrives. When I bought my Traverse there in Linn, the pick-up and drop-off in Jefferson City were a convenient option and part of the sale to ensure I kept my warranty. I found out today that service is no longer offered, and I would have to pay $30 more to have a "mobile mechanic" come to my work to service my vehicle. I work for the State, and this is not a convenient option because we are in a State parking lot and limited space. Furthermore, I would have to arrive before 3 pm to wait for the service to be completed at the dealership, and no services are provided on weekends. Again, no convenient options. Not the service department's fault, but it is an overall poor call by the dealership. I did not speak to Sales or Management. I am not a happy customer, and I will not buy from Jim Butler again or recommend the dealership if this is how you treat your customers. More
