Service writer needs customer service training. Handed me my inspection slip and said I was good to go. Not a Thank you, didn't tell me were my vehicle was parked, if I owed any money. My salesman, Dalton Shoemate, was wonderful. Everything was as promised. I had an issue after the sale and Dalton more than arranged for it to be taken care of. My only thought is that the detailing of the car (it was used) could be improved. There was some paint (nail polish?) on the carpet and it wasn't really detailed like I was hoping it would be. All in all, a great experience. I would recommend Jim Butler to others. More
