While you did arrive with a pre-approval, final terms — including interest rate and trade value — are ultimately determined by the lender and the vehicle’s final appraisal once it is physically inspected. During that inspection, additional previously undisclosed damage on the trade-in was identified, which affected its value and limited our ability to adjust figures further. Regarding the key, we sincerely apologize for the confusion. Our team strives to communicate vehicle details accurately, and we regret that expectations were not aligned prior to delivery. This is feedback we take seriously and are addressing internally. The warranty provided was included as a goodwill gesture and was fully disclosed at signing. We understand it may not have met your needs given the distance traveled, and we regret that it did not add the value we intended.
