Our salesman Dalton Fowler was great to work with. We bought a 2023 Jeep Gladiator. He told us about the Jeep app and as we setting it up there was an error and on his day off he called and had the er We bought a 2023 Jeep Gladiator. Salesman was very friendly while buying the vehicle. But the next day we found out we could get better interest through our bank and also a better deal on warranty insurance almost 50 percent deduction But the next day we found out we could get better interest through our bank and also a better deal on warranty insurance almost 50 percent deduction on that cost so my wife tried to contact him and called three times early in the day to see if we could drop the loan with the first bank and insurance and change to our bank. After he did call her back, he said we couldn't which I find hard to believe since it was less than 24 hours. I believe there is a law that gives people options for a few days. The other situation was the lady that I talked to, to set up the appointment to come see the truck promised she would drop the price by another $500 since I called and made the appointment. I found out that didn't happen after I studied the total price when getting home but she said she would talk to her team about it (I do have the text message from her) and see what they said, I never heard anything back from her either. Because of this I will be financing through my bank in November when the first payment is due through the dealership. Just a lot of extra trouble I won't be going back except for warranty work. More
