"Consistent Superior Service at Click Hyundai"

I have been coming to Click Hyundai for service on my 2013 Sonata since June 2012. The work is done quickly, fairly and efficiently, by people who are uniformly courteous and credible. I tend to be very critical of services I receive, having owned 5 retail businesses of my own. I still marvel at how consistent all the staff is in providing thorough and complete service. The waiting area is well-lit, comfortable and beverages and fruit are available. The whole experience leaves me with a great, positive feeling every time I depart. Thanks to Scott, Eric and everyone else involved.

"Garbage. "

This dealer sold us a brand new car, and it was nothing but issues. Now, that isn’t thendealers fault. But what IS the dealers fault is the way they handled it. They kept taking our 2016 MX-6 GT, and then not fixing the problem. Repeatedly. Then they finally fixed it by sending data from the GPS system to Mazda, who said all it needed was a replaced micro usb. How easy was that? Yet you missed it for SIX MONTHS. Oh, and you NEVER washed our car when it was brought there. We always got it back filthy. And when we brought the car in for the alarm being messed up (lights flashing while driving, hypersensitive etc) to get the sensitivity turned down, you just unplugged the xxxx thing. I worked in the dealer industry for a few years. I have friends still in the industry. This is, by a wide margin, the absolute WORST dealership I have ever seen in my life. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM HERE.

Eduardo, Ronnie, Jeff (manager) and Joel (finance) were wonderful. They all went out of their way to accommodate me and to make sure that I got the vehicle that met my needs. I took my time with my decision, and I was thankful that they were not pushy or aggressive in trying to get me to make a decision. They showed true kindness, professionalism, courtesy and respect. "2018 Elantra GT Sport"

As a walk in, I was Initially greeted by Frank. He showed me a couple cars and answered all my questions. My second visit was an appointment. Frank was not available, but I was greeted by Akram, who then took over for our test drives and the rest of the process. Akram was great the rest of the way. He went above and beyond even after the sale was done. After driving the car less than 10 miles off the lot, the transmission failed and had to be towed back to the dealership. Akram helped me every step of the way, even coming to my house to deliver a loaner so I could get to work on time. Eric, the service manager then took over. Eric was in constant contact through the repair process. High marks deserved. The only part I did not enjoy was the signing room. Did not appreciate the hard sell of the extra warranty. Personally, I don't like the closed door tactics. Felt like I was in a Time Share Presentation. All and all, happy with the outcome! Next time I'll be prepared for the War Room.
