This dealer sold us a brand new car, and it was nothing but issues. Now, that isn’t thendealers fault. But what IS the dealers fault is the way they handled it. They kept taking our 2016 MX-6 GT, and then not fixing the problem. Repeatedly. Then they finally fixed it by sending data from the GPS system to Mazda, who said all it needed was a replaced micro usb. How easy was that? Yet you missed it for SIX MONTHS.
Oh, and you NEVER washed our car when it was brought there. We always got it back filthy. And when we brought the car in for the alarm being messed up (lights flashing while driving, hypersensitive etc) to get the sensitivity turned down, you just unplugged the xxxx thing.
I worked in the dealer industry for a few years. I have friends still in the industry. This is, by a wide margin, the absolute WORST dealership I have ever seen in my life.
