My experience with Jim Click Mazda. My husband and I were there for almost eight hours, too long to buy and finance a car. That is just ridiculous. We have bought about seven other cars there and it never took that much time. Also I wanted my car financed thru Vantage West Credit Union where I have had most of my cars financed thru and I was told several times they will not finance it, you will get a better rate at a credit union I have never heard of out of state. Didin't like that. After I get my license and a registration I have spoken to Vantage West and they will be refinancing my vehicle. You should try harder to make customers happy, especially when we have purchased so many vehicles from you. Am very happy with the car but not the financing. More
