Service wise, it's been a nightmare trying to get anyone to respond to texts or messages trying to get a service. The only way I have gotten a response is if I call the "maintenance for life" phone and then try and get them to transfer me to the correct person. Even when I do this, nobody follows up when parts are in for warranty work. While you are at the dealership, most of the service advisor staff are dismissive and rude. There are a few who are not but most of them treat any question as if it's personally offensive to them or as if I am taking up an unreasonable amount of time (it was a simple question, I was not). If they are overwhelmed because they are understaffed, then Jim Click needs to hire more service advisors. We now drive hours out of Tucson to get a Mazda service appointment for our warranty work. As of right now I am still waiting on a call back after 5 business days, meanwhile a competitor dealership with higher service traffic responded in 1 business day. Mechanics are the best part of this service department. Sent videos of the repair and were friendly. Service advisors and management is what makes it bad. More
