I went in to finance a car the salesman made a verbal agreement with me and broke it. He came in after I paid 240 for insurance for the car I was financing a 2018 Kia Soul. He said I couldn’t drive the c agreement with me and broke it. He came in after I paid 240 for insurance for the car I was financing a 2018 Kia Soul. He said I couldn’t drive the car off the lot until I paid $1000 cash down payment. That’ was not the agreement. I was supposed to give $200 and $300 in payments. So my down payment was supposed to be $500. No sir they told me I needed $1000 to drive off the lot. I got swindled and it feels so xxxx bad. I don’t know if I’m going to get my money back from insurance. Jim click is garbage. Please don’t go there. BEWARE!!!!!!! Do not go to Jim Click Nissan. They lie and make excuses to burn you and humiliate you. More

I had an appointment to bring in my car for repair last week on Thursday at 10:30 am Jim Click Nissan at Auto Mall, Tucson. My service guy, who I had appointment with was nowhere to find. They checked in week on Thursday at 10:30 am Jim Click Nissan at Auto Mall, Tucson. My service guy, who I had appointment with was nowhere to find. They checked in my car still under manufacturer's warranty, makes cracking noises under the hood. Today is Monday, we have never heard from them, we left a few messages already and nobody calls back with the status of my ROGUE 2024 with 30,000 miles on it and already needs repair with noise around the motor and more. Customer service at this dealer should have a zero rating, in my opinion. Today, I finally called a service manager,he did not find any info in the system about my car. Ofcourse he took "MY BEST NUMBER TO CALL ME BACK" but I am still waiting. I am looking at these reviews, almost all of them are 1-2 stars. How do they get an average of their ratings four and a half stars? Horrible customer service. Will never bring my car for service and repairs to Jim Click. How can he tolerate these many complains?
