Great Experience Buying a new car at Jim Coleman Cadillac I visited Jim Coleman Cadillac with my 82 year old dad yesterday to purchase a new ATS and was really pleased with the outstanding service from the sa I visited Jim Coleman Cadillac with my 82 year old dad yesterday to purchase a new ATS and was really pleased with the outstanding service from the salesman, Richard Mallon. He was honest, straightforward, and kept his promises. I talked to him over the phone for a few minutes before we came and told him which car we were interested in from the online inventory, and he worked out a price in just minutes that was the best we had found. My dad had been to several other Cadillac dealerships, and Jim Coleman had the exact car that he wanted and the price was great. I told the salesman before we arrived that typically I do not enjoy the process of purchasing a new car and getting "stuck" at the dealership all day. He took my comments seriously and had the car washed and ready to go when we arrived even though we had done none of the paperwork. From the time we arrived to the time we left was under two hours (including a trade-in)--a record in my book. We also really appreciated the Finance guy, Stewart, who was easy, quick, honest and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for making my dad very happy! More
