Jim Coleman Infiniti in Bethesda, MD, was one of three dealers they recommended. The salesman I dealt with at Jim Coleman Infiniti was Ahmad Hanif and the Internet Sales Manager was Ryan Latham. My experience dealing with both of these gentlemen and their finance manager, Fred Pezeskhpour, was extremely positive. They were professional and respectful, and went out of their way to get the 2013 G37X Coupe in the color my wife and I really wanted. I felt they gave me a fair deal on my trade in, and after only a little of negotiation, beat the price USAA said I could purchase it from any of the dealerships they recommended. So far, my experience after the purchase has also been positive. I have ordered some accessories and scheduled an appointment to have them installed and their Service Manager, Oscar Naranjo, and Parts Manager, Steven Balourdos, have been extremely helpful and professional during my conversations with them. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends. More

My experience at Jim Coleman Infiniti was awesome. When I cam in to view the used car the staff was very friendly. Both Vince and Arthur were great at showing me the car and answering my questions. Great experience. I needed to negotiate the deal quickly and fairly, no games. Ryan understood completely. When Ryan had an appointment come up, he left me a message and set me up with Arthur, who was waiting at the front door for me. They had the car I wanted (which wasn't easy to find), and were patient with the test drive. Arthur didn't waste my time with non-sense talk during the test drive... it was a relief not to have a commercial in my right ear the entire drive. The gentleman in finance was fast, courteous, not at all pushy or interested in up-selling me junk. The wife couldn't come to fill out paperwork... no problem, they set it up for me to take home and bring back tomorrow. Overall, great experience. Would recommend them highly. Just don't buy the malbec black with wheat interior. I kind of like being one of the few people without a silver or gray infiniti! More

But this combination was the perfect formula and a great team, I got what I wanted, an excellent deal, and no car buyers remorse. In that time period, I visited 5 various Car Dealerships. None could match the genuine and gracious courtesy displayed by Mr. Leonard and Mr. Shrader. Vehicle: I bought a used 2002 Highlander with 25,500 miles. The vehicle exceeded in appearance and performance its advertised description. At my request, Mr. Urlic arranged for a Jim Coleman mechanic to raise the Highlander on a lift. The mechanic went over each maintenance area with me, step by step. All my maintenance questions were answered fully. Price Negotiation: I did not have to dance and I did not have to arm-wrestle. Mr. Leonard explained how his Dealership arrived at the Highlander's price. I explained, without interruption, what I though was a fair valuation. Mr. Leonard then presented a fair counter offer--and a deal was struck. Customer Service: Mr. Leonard, Mr. Urlic and Mr. Shrader understand and practice Customer Service. Customer Service to me, represents a certain personal integrity, that gives the Customer confidence in the quality of the vehicle that he intends to purchase. My wife was interested in a new car and the G37x was on her short list. We weren't planning on making a purchase, we just wanted to see if she liked the car enough to consider the purchase. We arrived at Coleman Infiniti and were greated by Vince Leonard who was very helpful and immediately introduced us to our salesman, Ahmad. Ahmad was great. He went through the inventory, discussed our options with us and took us on a test drive. We were extremely impressed with the car, but what really won us over was the service and attention to detail. Ahmad and Vince made the car buying experience a pleasure and was a joy to work with. They were thorough and accomodating, even offering to address issues before we even raised them. After we had signed the paperwork and driven away with the car, we realized that the garage opener code was programmed into our trade and consequently, we couldn't get into our house. We called Ahmad and he offered to allow us to come get our old car and take it home, just so we could open the garage. Again, a very pleasurable experience and we would definitely do business with them again. More
