You also need to listen carefully to what he has to say- he provides a ton of information in just a few words. He is not the sterotypic car salesman- I never felt pressured,our negtiations were fast and fair. Ahmad took a great deal of time with me- I bought an Infiniti G37s which was quite a step up from my 2000 Solara- and Ahmad was invested in me understanding the nuances of such a car. I have bought 4 new cars and this experience was by far the smoothest and most civil. You should know that the car I wanted was at a dealership as close to my home as JC but I wanted Ahmad to have my business. He got the car, I bought the car. Vince was masterful in explaining the virtues of the G37; we had a friendly tug-of-war over my trade-in and settled on a fair price for my old girl. Fred in Finance has rightfully earned the nickname "Fast Freddy"- if I said 'no' to something, we moved on. I have not yet experieneced the Service Dept so I can't comment on that aspect of JC. Update: I have now had my car for 3 months and am pleased to say Ahmad continues to be available for any question I have with the same lightening quick response as when I was first interested in purchasing. Examples include dealing with the XM folks on my behalf and switching out a licence plate holder- it doesn't matter how mundane the issue is. I also had my first experience with the service dept for an oil change and getting splash guards installed. I dealt with Tim James and Dennis Brown. I bought my 2008 Acura MDX from Jim Coleman Infiniti last month. I am amazed at the level of service provided by Vince and Jass. You guys rock. My salesperson was excellent. He was professional, thoroughly knowledgeable about the product, and pleasant to deal with. Against his advice I first leased a G37 model without the NAV package. After a day or so I realized that many of the car's features were truncated by the missing NAV package which was designed for the car. This was especially true of the hands free phone system. I returned to the dealer and asked if I might swap for a fully equipped G37. Mr. Hanif and Ryan Latham the sales manager agreed to help me, charging me a reasonable transfer fee and the price of the NAV package. They otherwise adhered to the original deal which was significantly below MSRP. I am greatly indebted to them. While auto dealers per se must have a small streak of larceny, this is about as good as it gets. Outstanding. dhwilliams More

I dislike buying cars, but Ahmad and entire Jim Coleman dealership made it an enjoyable experience.
