Hello t.savage82, My name is Ahmad Hanif, Internet Sales Manager and let me start with an apology for the inconvenience! Buying a car should be a pleasant experience. I apologize about the misspell of your name... we just wanted to make sure you dont have any issues later on in the future. In summer time, we have weekend cookout for our clients. We admit that it's not the best of town but we do our best. We specialize in automotive but we try to keep our customers happy and busy while they are waiting to get their cars serviced. As far as the shipping of your tags go, you should've notified your sales consultant to mail your tags upon arrival. The reason why we issue a 60 day temp tag is because of the uncertainty of DMV or MVA. Once your title/registration application goes to MVA, we have no control on how soon we should recieve your tags, but they usually come in before the temp tags are expired. Once we get the tags, a post card is mailed automatically to clients letting them know that the tags are in. That doesnt necessarily mean that your request to mail your tags are being ignored but just a friendly reminder. Dear "t.savage82", As I explained to you, the post card that goes out to clients is automated whether you talked to your sales person to mail your tags to you or not. As we apologized to you about the misprint of your name on the contract, we wanted to make sure all the documents were correct so you dont have future problems. As for the burgers and hot dogs... they are mainly for our clients. We try to keep them busy while waiting to get their vehicles serviced. I know it's not the BEST in town but we do our best to grill them nice and juicy. But next time you are in town, please come see me and I'll see what I can do for you. Hope all is well with you.
