There has been so much negative attention recently relating to car shopping, and we were not sure what to expect when we began looking. Starting with the little things, the showroom was pristine and beautifully designed. The team there was very cordial, and maybe even more importantly, seemed genuinely motivated to provide top-notch service. These people clearly take pride in what they do. We had called to inquire about a specific car, and our salesperson Bernard had it waiting for us on arrival along with several other options. Since the car was pre-owned, he had also done some homework and was able to tell us about it. The car itself was immaculate down to every small detail. As for the big things, just this morning I saw a news piece focusing on dealerships that are inflating prices because of the supply issues. You could see our salesperson's pride in his company when he told us that their dealership made the decision not to do that. I was so impressed by that choice and hope that their commitment not to gouge customers pays back ten-fold when this time passes. I think it will. Finally, April, the manager we worked with, helped us finalize our decision. Her style was not high-pressure and was refreshing compared to some of our past experiences with car shopping. We wrapped things up feeling that she was both genuine and fair, both qualities that had us feeling good about the purchase and the entire experience.
