I saw on the receipt that anything less than 10 you count as zero, that seemed a bit odd, then why not just have a zero and 10. It’s implying to the clients to only put a 10 and nothing else. The other thing I wanted to mention is that on the checklist of things that are checked for the car, the AWD service was not checked, but I was asked to consider doing the service, which I did do.
