Skip this dealer! Worst experience by far. The salesman Ed failed to tell us about the stop/start feature in the car. He seemed to know little about the car overall. Yo Worst experience by far. The car is less than one month old and already needs to be serviced because the infotainment system dies and goes out while driving. I asked the dealer about the issue and the said it should not be happening, but after reading consumer reports, it’s a well known issue and reported again and again! Trust me when I say, it’s not worth your time! More

5 Star Dealer! 5 Star Staff! Trust the Ratings! This was my second visit to Jim Curley's, but my first time buying a car. I had initially gone in for service because I trusted the mechanics and staf This was my second visit to Jim Curley's, but my first time buying a car. I had initially gone in for service because I trusted the mechanics and staff that worked there after my last visit, they are extremely knowledgable and make you feel extremely comfortable! About a month ago I started to research into getting another car because my first car was ending its years. While I was waiting for my car in the shop, I began looking for someone who could answer some questions about my next possible vehicle. If you read any amazing reviews for John McClave, believe them!! I had not thought of Jim Curley Buick GMC as the place I would get my next car, but once we started talking everything seemed to fit like a glove. John made the experience very personable and has been there to answer all my questions at any time of the day, throughout the purchasing process and beyond! He took care of me as he said he would take care of his daughter, which meant a lot! "I wouldn't be comfortable with you purchasing something you didn't get to test out and wasn't 100% happy with." I am 23 and was doing all of this on my own. So all, and I mean ALL the details were covered. (I made sure of it). It made me feel really great when he chuckled, "I'm not easily impressed and you've impressed me." He made me feel like a superstar and continues to! By initially coming to Jim Curley's I knew that they had excellent service, and thanks to John I can heavily and soundly confirm that.
