He wasn't pushy and made me and my sister feel comfortable. On that second day we also worked with Ed Smuda. I can't stress enough how helpful, kind, relaxed and professional Ed was and we felt relaxed. It was a joy working with both Ed and Andrew. We ended up buying the car that day.
