terrible experience We spent an hour on the lot waiting for someone to come out; when husband went inside to find a salesperson, nobody seemed to be that busy, they were We spent an hour on the lot waiting for someone to come out; when husband went inside to find a salesperson, nobody seemed to be that busy, they were just ignoring us. Finally we both went inside and this salesperson came to help us. We liked a car in the showroom and asked for available allowances. He said he didn't know of any incentives on new cars. When we told him we knew Buick was offering some, he said "let me check" and he came back 10 minutes later with a $750 allowance. We told him that was incorrect and he insisted the allowance was $750. When we said we knew Buick had 3 different cash incentives totaling $1,900, he said "oh maybe counting cash rebates." I left the dealership very upset with the dirty tricks and went to Hendricks in Duluth and got great customer service and got me the car I wanted with $1,900 in allowances and some more. More
