We knew that we wanted a 2017 True Blue Sports Cascada and there were only a couple of them around both of which were over 150 miles from where we lived. We contacted Jim Ellis Buick through internet and I communited with Reggie about the car. Unlike most dealers, Reggie worked with me through the internet and phone and gave me a virtual look at the car. From there we were able to make the deal and he arranged for drivers to bring us the car and sign the paperwork. You can’t say that about many places. Franchely Reyes Tavarez will treat you like a bother The sales rep lady Nina was super friendly and curtius. I never felt so disrespected and not wanting my business because she took long on getting my paper work for signing which made her stat more time at her job. The first thing she said was we close at 9 and it 9 so. She had an awful attitude with me and my brother. She insulted my brother when he asked her to speak up and be curtius to me. She acted like we were wasting her time and didn't bother to speak up ( spoke softly I couldn't hear her at all I have a hearing problem I told her and she just ignores it). The whole time she was rolling her eyes and puffing. She insulted my brother and me. Didn't bother to explain what i was signing when i asked she kept saying to sign it. She was so rude and told us to hurry up because she leaves at 9. And when we finished singing she told me to put my own tag on my car and go find the sales lady becuase she had to leave. I asked her to call her for us to meet her outside and she mocked me by putting the phone on speaker and pressing random number and said she spoke with her and hanged up there was no conversation I heard she lied she just wanted us out. Please re train her in customer service or tell Nina to teach her to be nice to her clients which she is great (Sales lady who went above and beyond). Or tell Mrs Tavares if she doesn't like her job to find something else she actually loves to do. So messed up its ridiculous you guys have a lady like this. Nina Richardson is super sweet and will treat you like family.!!! More
