Awesome experience with the Service Department One of the best Service Departments around. The first guys you meet when your in for service are really the only guys (and lady) that you need to meet One of the best Service Departments around. The first guys you meet when your in for service are really the only guys (and lady) that you need to meet because once you take your vehicle in, they handle it from there. They have always kept me up to speed on what is going on with my vehicle, when they anticipate it will be ready and most of the time, it is washed and ready to go when you come to pick it up. I really hated to see A.G. Elder leave the Service Desk because he is really good at what he does, but on the other hand, now he has been promoted to be in charge of the Service Department and he will make certain that Jim Ellis Buick GMC will remain the best Service Department out of all the dealerships around. I think Vince, Adam (and I apologize for not remembering the lady's name at the Service Desk) are great to deal with and everyone there is concerned about any issues you may have and do their "BEST" to resolve the problems. The Sales Manager Tom Culprit, Salesman Barry Bacon also get involved and do their best to resolve any issues. There are more people at this Dealership that go above and beyond what they need to do. Rich, Brian and more. I just wish I could remember everyone's name, but then it would take the fun out of you going to this Dealership and finding out all of this on your own.
