To be honest, if I could give negative scores I really would at this point. She was profoundly disturbed by the interaction with Tom - and I will never put her in that situation ever again. She actually was fearful during her time there. Seriously? You just don't treat people that way - ever. Let alone in a customer service environment. This interaction has soured us on the entire GMC experience. We have chosen to buy a GMC SUV and also lease a Chevy car within the last two years. If this is the kind of person that this dealership employs, we will never purchase from this dealer or any other GMC dealership for that matter. More
