I had just come from the hospital after a 12 hour shift of taking care of loved ones on Christmas. He told me it would be hours. He did not have an estimated time. No courtesy vehicle available. Advisor was great, but the dealership finally addressed an issue that I had been requesting analysis for a number of years. The response was always, if we can’t see it or the computer doesn’t tell us, we c an issue that I had been requesting analysis for a number of years. Upon diagnosis I learned two things: 1) the repair would be just under $1000, and 2) the extended warranty I bought from the dealership expired a year earlier as the 6 year warranty termination was based upon when the car was manufactured and not when I bought it. Since the car was 1.5 years old when I bought it from them, I effectively only got a 4.5 year warranty. More
