My car was towed there. I called the day of to make an appointment for the following day. The appointment didn't matter because my car sat there for days without anyone look I called the day of to make an appointment for the following day. The problem was 'fixed' but 2 days after picking it up, the engine started overheating again. I had to have another shop fix the actual problem. I didn't trust that the problem would be resolved and I didn't think it was fair to have to pay an additional deductible for an issue that was 'fixed.' More
