Dropped the truck off on Wednesday at 9am. Did not hear from the dealer until Monday that they were just then looking at it. I was a bit dissatisfied with my last visit for 2 reasons: I was told I just needed rear brake pads a week before and at least 1000mi before I had to worry about rotors. But the service was done with reasons: I was told I just needed rear brake pads a week before and at least 1000mi before I had to worry about rotors. But the service was done with rotor resurfacing. I was also told that if I called ahead to make the appointment the pads would be there and I would be done by midday. I stayed at the dealership until about 3 PM. More
