I was a bit dissatisfied with my last visit for 2 reasons: I was told I just needed rear brake pads a week before and at least 1000mi before I had to worry about rotors. I was also told that if I called ahead to make the appointment the pads would be there and I would be done by midday. I stayed at the dealership until about 3 PM. More

Service Manager/Dillon and the staff, took excellent care of our Gabby/2018 Sierra SLT. We called and explained what was happening and we were scheduled for the next available appt. Never any complaints about service. I think prices are way too high, but that is true everywhere. Sometime I feel like I am being told I need work that may not really be necessary.
