My car was towed there on Aug 15 and it is still in the shop due to a blunder on the part of the shop. The tow truck went there on Sept 2 to get it and ended up leaving without it. Another reason is that the labor to install a new radiator I provided was quoted as $741 (or $900+ with taxes and other charges) compared to 3 other competitors' quotes of $402, $375, and $250. Jim Ellis" quote was an inexplicably high outlier!! More
