For my first time in 15 years I had a unsatisfactory experience with the service on my Yukon. Normally the technician keeps me informed and the status of the job. I left my Yukon the night before (Thurs experience with the service on my Yukon. Normally the technician keeps me informed and the status of the job. I left my Yukon the night before (Thursday)to allow an early start. I had to call in the afternoon (Friday)to see if my vehicle was ready. I was told at that time what was needed to do the repairs. The technician said he needed to check the price and would call me back. When he called back to let me know the price I approved the job to be done. It was a 3 hour repair and would not be finished until Monday. On Monday afternoon around 2:30 I sent a text asking if my vehicle was ready and I received a text back that the technician who was repairing my vehicle was off and would finish the job on Tuesday. This entire experience has been very inconvenient with lack of communication. With the benefit of texting, email and leaving messages in this day and age there is no excuse for the lack of communication. More
