I showed up almost 30 minutes late to my scheduled maintenance, but my rep (John Jones) was very understanding as I was scrambling with work calls. He got me set up at the work station in the waiting maintenance, but my rep (John Jones) was very understanding as I was scrambling with work calls. It was a pretty good service. I appreciate that they located the problem and fixed with 2 days. I wasn’t 100% please with my first interaction with my service rep. Our “advisor” never communicated with us until I finally got thru the gauntlet of on hold calls and reprimanded him for not keeping open communication. Then the charged me for a sensor that was, again, ne got thru the gauntlet of on hold calls and reprimanded him for not keeping open communication. Then the charged me for a sensor that was, again, never communicated as needing changed. We asked for the complimentary cleaning. If it was done, it was half assed at best. Seriously, they may have turned a water hose on. The “screening at the door” was laughable. I was already in and waiting on someone to acknowledge the fact I was there before anyone asked, “You’re not supposed to be in here. Were you temp checked before coming in?” no, maybe man the station? It’s not my job. I get the we’re in a pandemic, but poor customer service can’t hide behind a crisis. It’s only magnified More
