My back seat was wet over a month before I could get service. The service manager assured me the wet back seat would be completely cleaned dry or replaced what was needed. It was soaking wet when return service. The service manager assured me the wet back seat would be completely cleaned dry or replaced what was needed. It was soaking wet when returned. The leak appears to be repaired. Not sure which service manager made the promise. I am very disappointed and was told I would receive a call to bring my truck back to get it detailed. I did what I could to dry the foam behind the seat. hope it does mildew or mold. the truck was kept 4 days. Very very very disappointed. More

disappointed/poor communication Told car would be ready around 12.. No call for any update. Came by dealership at 3:45. Also was told that the tires that I placed last week when I Told car would be ready around 12.. No call for any update. Came by dealership at 3:45. While waiting, saw my vehicle pull up waited for another 20 minutes went into service area to see what going on. Said they were going to come out and get me. BS just sitting around talking. If I didn't come in no telling how long would of waited. More

My experience was a pleasant one. I was contacted by a representative to inform me that my oil change due. In scheduling my appointment, she also noticed that there was a recall on my vehicle I wasn't a representative to inform me that my oil change due.
