Routine Maintenance I needed an oil change and tire rotation on my '18 Sierra and also have a leaky heater core hose inspected. The (first) visit did not diagnose the leak, granted it was a rainy day. The second visit did take care of the issue after several hours. I made a very, very clear request to avoid the car wash as it's terrible for one's paint and my truck is black. These machines are full of grime (especially in the winter) that is repeatedly swept across the paint. My truck is now full of scratches. There needs to be better communication between the folks that run the place and those in the back of the shop. Everyone was nice but it's hours of buffing and/or hundreds of dollars to get the paint right. If I drove through a briar patch, that's one thing but we're reviewing a dealer experience within a nice zip code of Atlanta. Porsche has a dealership a block away, surely they listen. More

3rd Party Warranty Work John Jones really went to bat for me with a 3rd party warranty company that originally denied a claim without even looking at the vehicle. After John's persistence, the company sent an adjuster to the repair shop and admitted that the repair should indeed be covered by my warranty. BIG savings for me!!!! More

For just what they did which was a oil change and filter and check and fill fluids. The price is to high and plan to use another reliable dealer or oil change specialist. Assault by Battery I had to return to have them finish connecting my truck battery which screwed up the truck computer.
