Brandon was great, made several update calls, and arranged a loaner without question when all work couldn't be completed in one day as originally planned. Full detail left car looking like new. Shuttle home was quick and easy. Altogether an easy experience. More

Check engine service lightd ON! The lights on front panel came on-all RED! The transmission went crazy for a few minutes, my GMC-Terrain moved very slowly at first with warning light The lights on front panel came on-all RED! The transmission went crazy for a few minutes, my GMC-Terrain moved very slowly at first with warning lights still on but it picked up speed so I was able to drive it to the dealer. I took it to service department for diagnostic and possible repair. To my surprise they couldn't find any problem with the engine and computer could not diagnose any problems either. I was very happy that my vehicle didn't need any repair but now I am very concerned about the reason for lights coming on in the first place and that is the reason for checking only 4 Stars otherwise the service department deserves 5 star!! Thanks a bunch for a quick turnaround and checking my truck right away! More
