John Anderson was my Service Advisor Jim Ellis keeps an emphasis on reminding GMC owners that their cars are old -- I don't like it - but there it is. 2012 is not a Grandfathered Auto.. Great guidance w/Extended warranty The special warranty for my issue (air conditioner failure) was just over the limit by 5000 miles when it failed, leaving me out of the warranty. Great advise from the Service Adviser to use my extended warranty benefits, including the one-day rental car for a positive outcome. Well done. Only thing we missed was I was very close to needing oil service. I would have had that done at the same time had it been noticed. More
