I set an appt for Thursday morning. A driver was sent to retrieve my truck 30 hrs ago. Communication was terrible. I could not reach Ted, Ted's manager, or the General Manager. I have been told that the warning light that keeps coming on ( Service Safety Restraint System ) was not diagnosed or fixed.Ted Stated "There is nothing they can do" I was patient for over a day without communication and repeated attempts to get ANYONE on the phone. Terrible customer service! Will not visit this dealer again! Overall bad experience with GMC... More
