Will not have car serviced there again This is the 4th time I have had my car serviced at Jim Ellis. The 1st time it was great and they got me in and out. The 2nd, 3rd, & 4th times were This is the 4th time I have had my car serviced at Jim Ellis. The 1st time it was great and they got me in and out. The 2nd, 3rd, & 4th times were all progressively getting worse. The wait time is ridiculous. An oil change should not take more than 45 minute. I had a 8:40 appointment time this past week for an oil change and got there 25 minutes early and it took over 2 hours to get my car back. Then I left without my paperwork because my car was locked out of the system. I had my tires rotated there on a separate location and they forgot the wheel lock. I went back to get it and waited 20 minutes and had to leave. After calling and complaining I went back an additional time and after waiting too long had them give me a new set for my husband to just install at home. More

Awesome! I dropped for the second time my Buick Encore because my A/C had problems and Tom Rickard took it personally to find out what was the problem and prov I dropped for the second time my Buick Encore because my A/C had problems and Tom Rickard took it personally to find out what was the problem and provide me with a courtesy car and for two days draw the vehicle and found out that the sensor spotting the temperature was showing 400 degrees and confusing the start and stop of the A/C. Great job! More

Encore Experience I dropped my Encore off on a Sunday afternoon and was called first thing Monday morning. Faster than expexted I had a check engine light. I called first thing in the morning. They set up an appointment that day and then checked it out. It was under warranty I had a check engine light. I called first thing in the morning. They set up an appointment that day and then checked it out. It was under warranty because I bought a certified pre-owned car (get the warranty). They fixed it and I walked out without a bill. Remember, get the warranty. I met my service rep, Brandon Cannon, and it was good to set up our relationship. I hope I won't be back soon but I know who to talk with now. More

Excellent customer service and quality work Cortez Heath is my Service Advisor and he is an excellent manager. He clearly outlined what was needed and how long it would take. I live a long way from the dealership so I appreciate that and made plans for Uber pickup and for a family member to drop me off when the vehicle was ready. They do have a shuttle but I live outside the range. They sometimes have a courtesy car available (unless another customer is using it) but I didn’t really need that. Everyone is friendly and professional and ethical in what they recommend. More
