It was okay There were definitely some communication problems, from what I can gather. I am unsure as to when the service was completed but I was never called or texted. When I did call at 2:45 PM I did not receive a call back. Called again at 3:25 only to be told that my car was indeed done and I had 30 minutes to get there and pick it up. There was no way to do that since I live about 35 minutes away. The young woman who took my call did go the extra mile and made sure my keys were left with the sales front desk for me to Uber down and pick it up before 6 PM that day. She told me my service was complete and nothing was owed. Turns out I did still have a bill for installation which Cortez did discount it about $30 and it was paid on the Tuesday after pick up. I received a text the next Monday asking when I would be picking up my car, which of course I had but it was explained to me my bill was still at the service counter and with the impending construction, they were making sure the lot was as clear as possible. Anyway, I was not getting texts when I needed them and then getting unnecessary texts after all was completed. Not as smooth as my first visit for sure. More

John Anderson is the Greatest I've had several different experiences while visiting this dealership but I must say this last visit was the absolute best. From now on I will be working with John Anderson as he is the greatest service advisor at Jim Ellis. He's very considerate, kind and will work with you to make sure your vehicle is taken care of. I had a dome light go out and it was covered under warranty. They were able to determine that the problem was a short and was fixed in short order.
