Great service advisor This was my first experience with Jim Ellis Buick, Chamblee, service center. Tom Rickard, is the best service advisor I have ever had!!! He is easy to communicate with, customer oriented, helpful with any concerns, questions and friendly and responsive to returning calls in a timely manner. I definitely plan to do the servicing of my vehicle with Tom even though I purchased my car from a different dealership. More
