Excessive Wait I waited for just shy of 3 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment in advance, arrived on time and still waited almost three hours. Upon arrival I was told 90 minutes, which I consider lengthy, but in hindsight 90 minutes would have been great. Had someone communicated with me to advise of the delay my frustration would have tempered a bit, but I never heard from anyone until I was greeted by the service rep and led to the cashier. Timeliness The service to the vehicle was fine but the timeliness was not great. They said 90 min and it took a little over 2 hours and would have taken longer i The service to the vehicle was fine but the timeliness was not great. They said 90 min and it took a little over 2 hours and would have taken longer if I hadn't gone to the service attendant to ask where my car was. After walking around i saw it in the lot and it was complete. So who knows how long it would have taken if i wouldn't have pointed it out to the attendant. While the difference between 2 hours and 90 minutes seems small, i was on my lunch and was told 90 minutes. My expectation would be to meet or exceed that timeframe. I am in the customer service business so i know how hard it is to please everyone but you start by setting the expectation. When you buy a 75k vehicle your expectations for great service is a little higher. More

Very poor service and repair The service that I received when bringing my 18 Sierra into the shop was very poor It was not fixed correctly the 1st time When I dropped it off the The service that I received when bringing my 18 Sierra into the shop was very poor It was not fixed correctly the 1st time When I dropped it off the 2nd time I was accused multiple times of smoking in the loader which I did not do And to be Told that I did multiple times is a bit obscene. Then when receiving the vehicle back inspection of the job shows that the cooantl level was very low my front left rim is scratched from what appears to be the lift arm I tried to call back and tell about the wheel got put on hold for over 12 15 minutes 2 timesNever got hold of anybody gave up over all John did a great job just a dealer is lacking on Quality of repair it's a shame to spend $50000 on a vehicle to get it back in worse condition than you gave it to the dealership in I will not be bringing my vehicle back to the Jim ellis dealerAgain seems to be the average 4 GMC Chevrolet service I did not get the guys name that took my truck in on sat john knows who More
