Routine oil change I arrived early, but was immediately taken. Extremely polite and kind staff. Service was fast, and they even washed my car! Considering coming back fr I arrived early, but was immediately taken. Extremely polite and kind staff. Service was fast, and they even washed my car! Considering coming back from service even out of warranty. I had to change my appointment around and the staff on the phone was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Immediate e-mail confirmation is helpful. Overall great experience. More

Issue not fixed Dropped truck off for noise in steering wheel. They stated needed a part replaced. Day later noise was back and continues to get worse. Also wanted an Dropped truck off for noise in steering wheel. They stated needed a part replaced. Day later noise was back and continues to get worse. Also wanted an oil change and was charged for a tire rotation as well. Last time i was there....awesome service. This time extremely disappointed. More

He is easy to communicate with, customer oriented, helpful with any concerns, questions and friendly and responsive to returning calls in a timely manner. I definitely plan to do the servicing of my vehicle with Tom even though I purchased my car from a different dealership. More

Long wait The service center have you waiting too long for a oil change and tire rotation you should not have a 9:45am appointment and leave after 12:30pm . OnStar has all the symptoms of your car checked so there's no reason for the long wait for a oil change. More
