I knew what to expect as far as the wait, but surprisingly, the time seemed to go fast and I did not get frustrated. (Maybe because of his positive attitude). After applying my points, the charges were minimal. Good customer service and low charges, how good can it get!!! I always go to Jim Ellis for Service on my SUV even though I can get service closer to my home. More
