Brandon explained the first visit and what was done and should have been done at the selling dealer. Brandon is a wonderful service adviser and I highly praise him to all my friends. He is very helpful, always answers questions and is ALWAYS very king and considerate. More

It was just ok I felt pressured to leave my car overnight to just have the engine checked even though I expressed I didn’t have the time to. The service representati I felt pressured to leave my car overnight to just have the engine checked even though I expressed I didn’t have the time to. The service representative was not understanding and made me feel bad for not leaving it. He was also not reassuring that my warranty would probably cover the engine issue which made me worry I would have to pay a lot for the issue after we just bought our car from them in April. I also tried to get a shuttle to go across the street for a quick trip while my 90min car service was taking place. The service rep expressed that they couldn’t promise me that I would be picked up within two hours in time to get back to the dealer, it just seemed made up. More

I do wish the Express Service Center was still operating, which is the only reason I gave "Customer Service" a lower rating. I feel this change was made to better accommodate the dealership than the customers. More

Fast/courteous/professionals I've come to this sevice center at least 4 times and the staff are always fast, courteous and professional. The text message updates are awesome as th I've come to this sevice center at least 4 times and the staff are always fast, courteous and professional. The text message updates are awesome as they allow me to continue on with my day, pay online, and inform the service center when I'll return to retrieve my car. I always recieve a call if they find an issue that needs to be addressed and they've even offered cheaper solutions (website referrals for parts) to repairs that they've identified. All in all a service center that I trust More

They literally made several recommendations "not" to do all of the work I inquired about as in their opinion it was not yet needed. When was the last time you heard that? From the arrival for check in to the complimentary shuttle service home and back to the service center when my car was ready this was a first class operation. Oh and my 2004 Buick Regal (yes 2004) purrs like a kitten! Thank you Cortez and the rest of the Jim Ellis team for a job well done. You're simply the best! More
