First Oil Change on new truck The service writer, Brandon, is excellent. This was my second visit. First was when the truck was new and immediately had a problem. Fast/courteous/professionals I've come to this sevice center at least 4 times and the staff are always fast, courteous and professional. The text message updates are awesome as th I've come to this sevice center at least 4 times and the staff are always fast, courteous and professional. The text message updates are awesome as they allow me to continue on with my day, pay online, and inform the service center when I'll return to retrieve my car. I always recieve a call if they find an issue that needs to be addressed and they've even offered cheaper solutions (website referrals for parts) to repairs that they've identified. From the arrival for check in to the complimentary shuttle service home and back to the service center when my car was ready this was a first class operation.
