1. The communication was slow. I had to initiate contact in order to get a status. 2. Part of my issue was a cabin leak. Despite knowing this, they left my truck out in the rain anyway. They informed me the in order to get a status. 2. Part of my issue was a cabin leak. Despite knowing this, they left my truck out in the rain anyway. They informed me they dried it out in the couple of days before I picked it up, which means my floorboard was wet most of the nearly 2weeks they kept my truck. 3. It took nearly 2weeks to get my truck back & there hasn’t been an explanation on why it took so long for a transmission diagnosis (no repair), an oil change, & fixing a cabin leak. 4. They checked the transmission at my request in a previous visit & did a system flush. This visit, they tell me the torque converter is falling apart. It is hard to believe something like that could be missed when they were specifically asked to inspect the transmission ~11k miles earlier. They weren’t able to provide a coherent explanation when I questioned them on this. 5. I would not recommend anyone use this service center. More
