Initial 7500 mile service It was my first trip and I took my GMC Yukon to wring service center but Robert took great care of me rather than sending me across the way. Poor Service Experience I had a front headlight out. My appt was at 11:20. I was told at around 1 that it was a balast or something and that it had to be 'inspected' before I had a front headlight out. My appt was at 11:20. Shortly after 1:00 I took a $20 Uber ride home because your comp shuttle was no where to be found. At 5PM I called to check, later on Cortez called be back and told me the manager was stuck fixing a corvette and my car would be fixed next day. Next day I took another $20 Uber ride to pick up my car because I didn't want to be stuck waiting for you. You totally ruined by day off from work by leaving me without my car for a HEADLIGHT More

Unsatisfactory My service manager must have been having a bad day. He was angry and sullen. Didn't know about my app't.. and had an attitude as if it were my fault. Lousy scheduling With a scheduled 1:40 appointment, the car was taken in for service at around 3:30. Additionally, I asked only for an oil and filter change and ended With a scheduled 1:40 appointment, the car was taken in for service at around 3:30. Additionally, I asked only for an oil and filter change and ended up also being charged for a tire rotation. My coupon included all but only needed the oil and filter change.
