Unsatisfactory My service manager must have been having a bad day. He was angry and sullen. Didn't know about my app't.. and had an attitude as if it were my fault. Lousy scheduling With a scheduled 1:40 appointment, the car was taken in for service at around 3:30. Additionally, I asked only for an oil and filter change and ended up also being charged for a tire rotation. My coupon included all but only needed the oil and filter change. And I have found the staff to be extremely helpful, especially in my case yest I have always found the service department at Jim Ellis to be Stellar.
