Went to pick up the car after they called so I had to wait 15 minutes before I got my vehicle. Should not call unless it is out front ready to go. Great service I was invited by Jim Ellis Buick GMC to bring my 2019 Buick Encore in for an oil change, car wash and tank fill. What a splendid gesture. I set my appointment up for Friday, the 31st at 2pm. It was crowded at the service facility that afternoon, but everyone was exceedingly helpful and courteous. They told me it would probably take a couple of hours. I didn't mind the wait. Had some excellent coffee and watched TV in their customer lounge. It took exactly 2hrs and 17 minutes to get the car back, but it was beautiful. It was my wife's car, but unfortunately she passed away a week before her "baby" went for service. I now need to sell the car and it only has 3200 miles on odometer. Thank you Jim Ellis Buick for everything you did to make my car so beautiful. Took lots of pictures as my son wants to put car on Google Marketplace. More

Went in for an oil change and warranty work. When the bill was presented a $15 facility fee was added on. When asked what that was I got a non answer about maintaining equipment and disposal of stuff. bill was presented a $15 facility fee was added on. Is t the point of pricing correctly making sure you cover your overhead? But they took me in on time and I had my car back by noon.
