Make you feel like family, even though my wait was long James Steker and his staff were very thorough in taking care of me and my 2021 Buick Encore GX (Vehicle). While waiting on the part for my vehicle to James Steker and his staff were very thorough in taking care of me and my 2021 Buick Encore GX (Vehicle). While waiting on the part for my vehicle to come James offered me a very nice loaner 2023 Buick Envision to drive back and forth to work! KUDO's to James Steker and The Jim Ellis Buick, GMC Staff!!! Highly recommend them if you are in the market for another automobile. More
