We arrived a little bit early for our service, but were taken right in. As usual, everything went well, and we were on the road in less than an hour. The waiting area is awesome with all the conveniences one could want. The premium snacks were excellent as we have come to expect. The service advisor kept us informed about our service, and was very professional and knowledgeable. At Jim Ellis, we have come to expect the best, and they deliver. More
Not Happy I gave three stars because I'm not happy with the different issues I keep having with the 2017 Acadia I purchased new. Twice I've been put in a rental and I understand you want to provide the option to have transportation but it's a inconvenience for working people who have little flexibility in their schedules. If GMC wants to minimize issues then I suggest investing in better technology, parts or whatever it is to provide better quality vehicles, especially when GMC vehicles cost just as much as quality foreign brands. I will say the staff is always helpful in trying to accommodate customers and genuinely listen to your concerns. More

poor experience I felt that the communication wasn't great. I had to call multiple times to get feedback. David did ok with communication, but he was overwhelmed. The service rep that I spoke to, Andrea, was actually rude. I understood that it was a busy day, but she felt the need to let me know that I would be waiting for over 2 days until they can get to my car because I didn't have an appointment. She also added that they don't keep the parts to my car in the back. I had to end the conversation and wait until the following to hear from David. The issue that I had was a battery cable that needed replacing. David proceeded to tell me that the gaskets in my engine were leaking oil, that it would cost me $4000. I have never seen any evidence of any oil leak. My trust in your staff has been diminished so I'll be seeking a new service center. More
