Not resolved I had a noise in the engine that they were not able to resolve although I left vehicle overnight. There were 2 outstanding items also to resolve, a recall which was taken care of, and a second issue related to a prior visit that had to do with a seatbelt cover. The service provide could never determine what was involved with the prior seatbelt cover and advised me that the Service Manager was supposed to tell him and he would call me to advise (after I picked up the vehicle) That was over a week ago, and no call yet. AND my engine still has the same noise as when I went to the service center 11 days ago. More
Mileage on auto shown different than Carfax. Called about used Corvette shown on line with request that dealer be called for price. I was told on a Thursday that vehicle was being serviced and no price had yet been set. Received E-mail on Friday that said that it might take a couple days and that I would be notified. I noticed that pictures with mileage being shown didn't correspond with Carfax. Called on Monday to inquire about difference and was told that price still wasn't set but would check about mileage. Received call about 30 minutes later that vehicle was sold on previous Saturday. Sounds funny to me. Richard H. More

Lied, taken advantage, ripped me off, didn’t fix problems, broke down 1 hour a Stacey Ellis & Chris Whiten should be ashamed with Jim Ellis Chevrolet. Lied, taken advantage, ripped me off, didn’t fix problems, broke down 1 hour after I paid bill, kept vehicle for six days for 1 hour/half of labor when parts were in stock. Talked down to me on the phone 3 times. Absolute nightmare! Poor management, deceitful business practices. I will go out of my way to encourage others never to do business with Jim Ellis automotive group. Sales & service. More
zero communication It took way too long just to drop my truck off. Communication regarding the issue was poor. Finally, it took over 30 minutes for my truck to be brought around so I could leave. The entire staff looked disinterested. More

In the automobile industry it's common to assume you are being had or taken for granted as a loyal customer. I have been a Ford guy for years up until 3 years ago when I bought my first 2 Chevy's.
