I had a great experience at the Jim Ellis service department. Everyone I worked with was incredibly helpful and kind. As a female I often feel uneasy talking shop on cars and like I'm being disregard department. Everyone I worked with was incredibly helpful and kind. At first I had good experience with Luis, then after I bought the vehicle communication has been subpar at best. I was supposed to get a second key with the vehicle and here we are two months later with bought the vehicle communication has been subpar at best. I was supposed to get a second key with the vehicle and here we are two months later with no key and no responses to my text or calls. Very frustrating after spending a good amount of money. This was an easy fix for you guys to do since you own a dealership of the brand of vehicle I purchased. Thanks Luis! More
