They couldn't fix my 2003 Expedition "Check Engine" light because a fuel tank was not available. Not so much Ellis fault but certainly a FORD motor company issue in not supporting a vehicle. The tank issue is known to ford and Lincoln, but you have to replace the entire tank, not just the non functional part. This is a failure in manufacturing and logistics. It should only require replacement of a part on top of the tank to be replaced. FORD should have tanks in their spare parts supply chain. Not buying another Ford in the future! More

He was knowledgeable about the specific vehicle I was interested in, allowed us a long and comprehensive test drive, never pressured us for a sale or used any “roof slapping” tactics and made the whole process a pleasurable and professional experience. Financing was a breeze as well and handled quickly and professionally. They were even able to beat the rate from my credit union.
