Robert walked me through all the things that were needed to purchase my new Ford Maverick Truck that had been on order for almost a year. I will never use this Dealership again! A $325 tire at a number of other places cost me $550 at Jim Ellis. I walked on to the lot and met a nice Man named Kelvin he really helped me find the right car for my family. I did not purchase the day he met me but I came back that weekend and brought my aunt who did and really helped me find the right car for my family.
