As we all know, buying a car is one of those things that should be exciting, but all to often is a dreadful chore because of the whole process, most of which occurs at the dealership. My experience at Ji should be exciting, but all to often is a dreadful chore because of the whole process, most of which occurs at the dealership. My experience at Jim Ellis Ford in Sandy Springs was the complete opposite. My sales advisor Mick Dupuis was excellent. He was knowledgeable about the specific vehicle I was interested in, allowed us a long and comprehensive test drive, never pressured us for a sale or used any “roof slapping” tactics and made the whole process a pleasurable and professional experience. Financing was a breeze as well and handled quickly and professionally. They were even able to beat the rate from my credit union. I couldn’t be happier with how this went and will definitely consider Jim Ellis Ford in Sandy Springs for my next purchase. More
