Nice People, Great Experience After weeks of shopping on-line I found a Hyundai Genesis advertised by Jim Ellis Hyundai. After contacting the dealership by phone, I arranged an app After weeks of shopping on-line I found a Hyundai Genesis advertised by Jim Ellis Hyundai. After contacting the dealership by phone, I arranged an appointment to see the Genesis. Since I was trading my car they gave me a preliminary offer. I traveled over 300 miles to see this car, so they knew I was a serious prospect. Upon arrival my wife and I were introduced to DeShannon Lewis and he proceeded to show us the Genesis and commence the deal process. He conducted himself in a very friendly and professional manner. We were then introduced to Manager Sam Patel who completed the financial and paperwork transactions. My purchase was announced over the PA system to applause of the employees! I would like to note that at no time was i pressured by any of the staff. During the negotations I felt that my concerns were addressed and met. Afterwards DeShannon went over the car and controls with us and thanked us for our business. We left in our new car with a full tank of gas and proceeded to drive another 300 plus miles to home. Slept well !! More
